At INVESTO, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to consultations and other services booked through our platform.
Subject to these terms, the consultation/services Fee paid by You is generally final and non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.
Special Provision: Partial refunds are allowed if requested within 2 days of booking, depending on the stage of service delivery and consultant availability.
If any amount paid by You is determined by INVESTO to be fully or partially refundable for any reason, such amounts will be refunded to You by INVESTO to the same account from which the payment was made.
In cases where the original payment method cannot be processed successfully, refunds may be issued as vouchers to be used within the INVESTO Application.
Refunds will not be provided for sessions missed by the user without prior notice or for sessions cancelled after the specified cancellation window.
